School Counseling Vision:
Each student will know and daily apply PBIS behavior expectations, the Leader in Me Core Paradigms, and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People resulting in students learning, leading, innovating and serving as productive and caring citizens in their chosen paths of success after graduation.
School Counseling Mission Statement:
The mission of Porter’s Elementary School Counseling Program is to develop an ASCA aligned comprehensive school counseling program delivered through a multi-tiered system of support. PBIS school expectations and Leader in Me Core Paradigms and 7 Habits are deliberately integrated into the counseling program’s direct and indirect services across all tiers to build a sense of community in a safe and equitable learning environment at Porter Elementary School
